Breath as medicine.

An integrated practice for the whole nervous system.

Philosophy

The nervous system
is the doorway.

Most of us live disconnected from the signals our bodies send moment to moment. Alisa's work begins there, at the intersection of clinical alignment, behavioral wellness, and nervous system regulation, where real change becomes possible.

Her practice integrates Pilates, yoga, reflexology, and therapeutic bodywork with a background in psychology, behavioral wellness, and mindfulness-based methods. The result is care that meets the whole person, structurally, somatically, and emotionally.

The Method

Rooted in science.
Guided by intuition.

Five foundational principles, drawn from clinical rehabilitation, somatic theory, and behavioral wellness, that inform every class, every session, every touch.

  1. Clinical Alignment Every posture, every touch begins with structural integrity. Rehabilitation principles guide the work, so progress is measurable and the body is protected.
  2. Nervous System Regulation Restorative and somatic techniques engage the autonomic system directly to shift patterns of stress, hypervigilance, and disconnection.
  3. Behavioral Wellness A background in psychology, addiction counseling support, and therapeutic hypnosis means sessions account for emotion and behavior, not just structure.
  4. Sustainable Movement Pilates and yoga programming designed for longevity. Strength and mobility you can carry for life, not trends or extremes.
  5. Mind-Body Integration Mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness translate insight on the mat or table into how you live, move, and recover off it.
